• Financial data obtained from Intuit APIs (e.g., invoice details).

• Contact information related to clients or their customers.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to enable the App’s functionality, retrieving invoices from the firm and placing them into the client portal. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Information is processed temporarily to complete the transfer. We do not permanently store invoice or contact data beyond what is necessary for the App to function.

4. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including secure HTTPS connections and encryption, to protect the data we process.

5. Third-Party Services

The App connects to Intuit services. Intuit’s handling of data is governed by their own policies, which are separate from ours.

6. User Rights

As the App processes data on behalf of firms, data deletion requests are managed by the firm directly. End users cannot request deletion through LexAI Solutions.
